I travelled an hour out of my way for an appointment. The first time the person I received confirmation texts to see wasn’t in the country. Then a nice woman was called in to do my taxes. After that, I was told Carlos would be able to help me with my back taxes. I made an appointment and spent $60 on Ubers. He was so cold, nonchalant, and robotic. I expressed my anxieties and the women who worked there assured me at my first visit and put me at ease so I was very optimistic. Even if he couldn’t help me he could have pretended to care at all. I felt so dismissed. He didn’t even talk about options. He didn’t know anything about bankruptcy options and actually gave me false info. His response to me was “your option is to pay forever” what a complete waste of time. Highly do not recommend for disorganization and frankly just being completely insensitive and not friendly/disinterested.
